In accordance with the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, <strong>2007</strong> and 2006 some<br />

equipment and vehicles in book value of Baht 17.25 millions and Baht 11.97 millions respectively<br />

are asset under the financial leased agreement in accordance with note no. 19.<br />

In accordance with the separate financial statements as of December 31, <strong>2007</strong> and 2006<br />

some equipment and vehicles in book value of Baht 15.76 Millions and Baht 8.58 millions<br />

respectively are asset under financial leased agreement pursuant to note no.19.<br />

In accordance with the consolidated financial statements, as of December 31, <strong>2007</strong> the<br />

Company had assets with the depreciation fully calculated but still in use which had a cost value of<br />

Baht 5.25 million which have book value in amount of Baht 112<br />

In accordance with the separate financial statements as of December 31, <strong>2007</strong> the<br />

Company had assets with the depreciation fully calculated but still in use which had a cost value of<br />

Baht 0.60 million which have book value in amount of Baht 1<br />

In accordance with the consolidated and the separate financial statements as of December<br />

<strong>2007</strong> and 2006, the whole leased right is remuneration repayment of leased right transfer in<br />

accordance with two leased right transfer contract. Moreover, they are cost price of building<br />

improvement on leased right which is some leased right in amount of Baht 25.00 million. In<br />

addition, the whole amount of Baht 5.00 million building improvement on leased right is leased<br />

right which the Company performed the contract to sub-lease showroom building and service<br />

center with one other company.<br />
