located at Bangna-Trad Road, Bangna, Bangkok to use as
the Bangna Branch showroom and car services center for 3
years ended June 1, 2010 at rental rate of Baht 160,000 or at
Baht 100 per sq.m. per month given that the rental rate in the
area is around Baht 130-380 per sq.m. per month
