Remuneration of the Management
(a) Cash remuneration
• Remuneration for Directors
In Year 2007, total cash remunerations paid to 7 Directors were Baht 770,000 which is the meeting
allowance as details in the following table;

• Remuneration for Managements
In Year 2007, total cash remunerations paid to 5 Managements (exclude remuneration of Vice
President – Accounting and Finance Department) were Baht 9,034,680 million which consisted of salary,
bonus, provident fund, social security fund and other remuneration.
(b) Other Compensation
The Company provided 2 cars for 2 executive directors. In addition, the Company has allocated
3,700,000 units of Warrant-ESOP to its directors and 16,300,000 units of Warrant-ESOP to the management,
and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
