• S.E.C. Group Paholyothin Co., Ltd. (The importer and sellers of imported cars. Presently, it has already stopped operation.)<br />
Mr. Somchai Sriphayuk, the major shareholder of the Company held 99.99% of registered capital in S.E.C Group Paholyothin Co., Ltd.<br />

Necessity and appropriateness of transactions<br />
0.19 - For the Company’s and its subsidiaries’ customers, service<br />
coupons will be issued from the branch where cars sold for<br />
free of charge maintenance and services which are eligible<br />
for service at all branches. In the case where customer bring<br />
in their cars to the branches else than where the cars were<br />
purchased, the serviced branch will charge the couponissued<br />
branch for the service fee with discount; but not less<br />
than cost of services.<br />
