By the analysis of networks we intend to find out more about processes such as influence of actors, meetings, information flow, co-ordination of activities or cooperation in different phases of the policy making process. We look at forty actors divided into different stakeholder-groups. The data gathered will be used for our Master-Thesis on the national water policy in Ethiopia which we write at the University of Berne, Switzerland. 266
