1. Place anemometer on roofofvehicle in position shown (Fig. 26), ensuring that base is<br />
pointing toward front ofRV. Location should be<br />
a. on <strong>and</strong> parallel to roofline ofRV; <strong>and</strong><br />
b. near awning to ensure wind speed is measured at the awning. Guard against<br />
installing anemometer near obstructions (air conditioner, storage pod, etc.).<br />
2. Mark a hole location for cord insertion into RV, with placement directly belowwhere cord<br />
exits bottom ofanemometer.<br />
