and packing; your Professional Stager can also<br />

assume the role of Project Manager who makes<br />

it all happen, on time and on budget. Therefore<br />

in Step 2, the homeowner will either <strong>com</strong>plete<br />

this work, hire outside professionals, or engage<br />

your Professional Stager to quote on and project<br />

manage this phase. It is whe a stager applies n<br />

work has been <strong>com</strong>pleted that Step 3, the<br />

Showcasing can be carried out.<br />

to include Certification Credentials, Code of Ethics,<br />

Proof of Liability Ins, Contractorial options for Step 2<br />

and Step 3 and client Testimonials.
