bought The Capitol Pub in July 2008;<br />

it was then called The Capitol Lounge<br />

and Grill. . Their vision has always been<br />

of a Pub that is <strong>com</strong>munity involve and<br />

have been proud supporters of many<br />

local organizations and events, and<br />

though this have gained support and<br />

recognition from the <strong>com</strong>munity Over the Past 3 ½ yrs<br />

there has been many changes, 14 draft Lines featuring<br />

the best domestic, local, micro brewed and imported<br />

draft that change with the seasons. All of our draft is<br />

pushed with “beer gas” and all our lines are glycol chilled<br />

to provide the best flavour and freshness in every pint.<br />

The menu changes yearly to keep up with trends and<br />

customers suggestions and Chef Kye Cowper keeps the<br />

Menu fresh with Daily and weekly specials.<br />

Thursday is wing night with our famous Capitol Wings,<br />

hand breaded and served with your favorite sauce. There<br />

is also weekly entertainment, Friday Theme Karaoke<br />

provided by Kra &Zea, as well as featuring some of the<br />

best local musicians on most Saturdays.<br />

10oz of local ground beef, stuffed with Swiss cheese. Topped<br />

with two slices of cheddar cheese, 4 strips of bacon, ketchup,<br />

mustard, relish, lettuce, tomato, three onion rings, and a<br />

pickle spear. Served with a side of fries.<br />

Seafood Platter<br />

Fresh Pan fried Haddock, clams,<br />

sautéed scallops, veg melody, and<br />

your choice of potato. Served with<br />

homemade tartar sauce, coleslaw<br />

and a roll.
