There is also weekly entertainment, Friday Theme Karaoke provided by Kra &Zea, as well as featuring some of the best local musicians on most Saturdays. Chefs Salad A blend of Mixed Greens topped with turkey, ham, carrots, diced peppers, cheese tomato and red onion. Capitol Wing Our Famous Capitol Wings, “The Best in the Valley” Hand Breaded and served with your favorite sauce. The Capitol Burger 10oz of local ground beef, stuffed with Swiss cheese. Topped with two slices of cheddar cheese, 4 strips of bacon, ketchup, mustard, relish, lettuce, tomato, three onion rings, and a pickle spear. Served with a side of fries. Seafood Platter Fresh Pan fried Haddock, clams, sautéed scallops, veg melody, and your choice of potato. Served with homemade tartar sauce, coleslaw and a roll.
