Historical significance abounds on this signed document<br />

display from the critical and formative stages of<br />

the United States of America. Framed to dimensions of<br />

14-3/8 x 18-7/8”, vintage parchment is dated February<br />

6, 1794 and details the appointment of a notary public.<br />

Comprised of printed and handwritten terms, the document<br />

is endorsed by heroic Revolutionary War General<br />

and South Carolina Governor William Moultrie, whose<br />

black ink fountain pen signature maintains (“8-9”)<br />

Republican National Convention signed by “Ike” with<br />

graceful (“7-8”) quality in black ink by steel-tip fountain<br />
