Workers’ Compensation<br />
As the Town's Workplace Injury Management Coordinator,<br />
the Manager Human Resources delivers Injury Management<br />
information sessions to new staff. The Manager carried out the<br />
annual Injury Management Spot Audit for Local Government<br />
Insurance Services to ensure compliance under the status <strong>of</strong> selfinsured<br />
employers. The findings <strong>of</strong> this audit determined that all<br />
staff have an understanding <strong>of</strong> Injury Management policies<br />
and procedures.<br />
Local Government (Administration) Regulations –<br />
<strong>Report</strong>ing <strong>of</strong> Salaries over $100,000<br />
The Local Government (Administration) Regulations require local<br />
governments to report in their annual reports the number <strong>of</strong><br />
employees within a salary <strong>of</strong> $100,000 or more and for the<br />
number to be shown in each band <strong>of</strong> $10,000 over $100,000.<br />
