Statement by Chief Executive Officer<br />
FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE <strong>2005</strong><br />
The attached financial report <strong>of</strong> the Town <strong>of</strong> <strong>Vincent</strong> being the annual financial report and supporting notes and other information for the<br />
financial year ended 30 June <strong>2005</strong> are in my opinion, properly drawn up to present fairly the financial position <strong>of</strong> the Town <strong>of</strong> <strong>Vincent</strong> at 30<br />
June <strong>2005</strong> and the results <strong>of</strong> the operations for the financial year then ended in accordance with the Australian Accounting Standards and<br />
comply with the provisions <strong>of</strong> the Local Government Act 1995 and the regulations under that Act.<br />
