The Group exposure to credit risk (Note 44) is ascribable to the accounts receivable of its operational activity. Balances submitted in the balance sheet are net of<br />
adjustments for doubtful collections that were estimated by the Group, in accordance with its experience and based on its assessment of the economic conjuncture<br />
and surroundings.<br />
The Board of Directors believes that the accounting value of accounts receivable is close to its fair value.<br />
The Group does not have a significant concentration of credit risks, as the same is diluted by a large set of customers, other debtors and State.<br />
28 - RELATED PARTIES<br />
The transactions and balances between Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções, S.A. ("Parent company") and the companies of the Group<br />
that are related parties, were eliminated in the consolidation process and are not being diffused in this Note. The balances and transactions<br />
between the Group and the related associated companies and individuals with significant power to vote with their own companies are detailed<br />
below.<br />
The terms or conditions practiced between Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções, S.A. and related parties are substantially identical to<br />
those that would be contracted, accepted and practiced between independent entities in comparable operations.<br />
