The Studies and Special Projects sector also experienced<br />
strong development in 2008. The focus on this area also<br />
involved the team’s reinforcement, allowing it to respond to<br />
the frequent demands from its clients within the scope of their<br />
space management requirements.<br />
Noteworthy is the reorganisation of TAP’s Maintenance and<br />
Engineering Unit, the study, project and coordination of the<br />
execution of JET REPUBLIC’s current space, in Lagoas Park,<br />
as well as the Project Management of the new head office of<br />
this same company, in the building that is under construction,<br />
also at Lagoas Park.<br />
In the first case, it was a vast study on the operating<br />
requirements of TAP’s Maintenance and Engineering Unit, in<br />
the airport of Portela, for the purpose of relocating a number<br />
of operational areas according to its business requirements.<br />

In the second case, TDGI, S.A. developed a “turnkey” project<br />
that includes the interior layout of spaces, both in terms of<br />
their compartmentalisation and furniture, as well as the<br />
implementation of the solution in the space in question in a<br />
very short period of time.<br />
