Also, the works relating to:

- The execution of the contract job called “Completion of
Construction of the Odelouca Dam”, for “INAG, I.P.”;
- The completion of the Rehabilitation of Barra Bridge over
Mira channel, in Aveiro, for “EP – Estradas de Portugal,
E.P.E.”;
Finally, an important factor for the development of operations
in the ensuing years was the incorporation of a
Complementary Grouping of Companies, in which “TEIXEIRA
DUARTE – Engenharia e Construções, S.A.” holds 20%, for
the execution of works relating to the Baixo Tejo Concession,
for a total amount of approximately EUR 160,000 thousand.
The contract for these works was signed in January 2009.
