MAINTENANCE<br />

CAUTION: Use reduced compressed air pressure (less<br />

than 0.2 MPa, 2 kgf/cm 2 ) for cleaning purposes. Clear<br />

the area of bystanders, guard against flying chips,<br />

and wear personal protection equipment including<br />

eye protection.<br />

Cleaning<br />

Clean both the external and internal filters by blowing compressed<br />

air or washing with water.<br />

When washing the filters with water, follow the procedures<br />

below:<br />

Rear Side of Cab<br />

1. Wash with tap water.<br />

2. Soak the filters in neutral detergent-mixed water for approx.<br />

5 minutes.<br />

3. Wash the filters with water again.<br />

4. Dry the filters.<br />

Air Conditioner Side<br />

Installation<br />

When installing the cleaned circulating and/or fresh air filter<br />

or new filters, follow the reverse order of the removing filter<br />

procedures described on the front page.<br />

Support<br />

• Fresh Air Filter<br />

Use attention when installing the filter so that the notch<br />

faces the back of the cab and the stamped arrows face<br />

the air conditioner unit. After installing the filter, install<br />

the upper cover while aligning it with the duct.<br />

• Circulating Air Filter<br />

While contacting the attached filter plate onto the duct,<br />

install the filter so that the clips align with the duct<br />

mounting holes.<br />
