104 TRINCOMALEE BAY SPECIAL MANAGEMENT AREA 5. Improved micro environment in TB SAM through proper solid waste management, natural habitat improvement and other interventions to bring benefits to local people; 5.1. UC, PS with assistances of DSAM CCC will prepare & implement annual Integrated Solid waste management system by Y1. 5.2. DSAM with FD & DS will prepare & implement reforestation program Y-Y-4 5.3.
