Command: show ip bgp [] paths<br />

Function: Display the path message permitted by BGP<br />

Parameter: : Address-family such as “ipv4 unicast”<br />

Default: None<br />

Command Mode: All modes<br />

Usage <strong>Guide</strong>: Display the BGP path message includes the utilization state.<br />

Example:<br />

Switch#sh ip bgp paths<br />

Address Refcnt Path<br />

[0x331dad0:0] (1)<br />

[0x331d850:93] (1) 600<br />

[0x331d8d8:249] (2) 200 300<br />

17.8.5.1.11 show ip bgp prefix-list<br />

Command: show ip bgp [] prefix-list []<br />

Function: For displaying the route meet the specific prefix-list in BGP.<br />

Parameter: : Address family such as “ipv4 unicast”<br />

: Name of prefix-list<br />

Default: None<br />

Command Mode: All mode<br />

Usage <strong>Guide</strong>: We can select the required BGP route by regular expression<br />

Example:<br />

Switch(config)#ip prefix-list PL permit any<br />

Switch(config)#<br />

Switch#sh ip bgp prefix-list PL<br />

BGP table version is 1, local router ID is 10.1.1.64<br />

Status codes: s suppressed, d damped, h history, * valid, > best, i - internal,<br />

S Stale<br />

Origin codes: i - IGP, e - EGP, ? - incomplete<br />
