Command: ipv6 mld immediate-leave group-list {}<br />

Function: Configure MLD to work in the immediate leave mode, that’s when the host<br />

sends a membership qualification report that equals to leave a group, the router doesn’t<br />

send query and consider there is no this group’s member in the subnet. The “no ipv6<br />

mld immediate-leave” command cancels the immediate leave mode<br />

Parameter: is the name of IPv6 access-list<br />

Default: Do not configure immediate-leave group<br />

Command Mode: Interface Configuration Mode<br />

Usage <strong>Guide</strong>: This command is used only when there is only one host in the subnet<br />

Example: Configure access-list”aclv6”as immediate leave mode<br />

Switch(Config-if-Vlan1)#ipv6 mld immediate-leave group-list aclv6<br />

21.3.3.3 ipv6 mld last-member-query-interval<br />

Command: ipv6 mld last-member-query-interval <br />

no ipv6 mld last-member-query-interval<br />

Function: Configure the interface’s sending interval of querying specific group. The “no<br />

ipv6 mld last-member-query-interval” command cancels the manually configured value<br />

and restores the default value.<br />

Parameter: is the interval of querying specific group, it ranges from 1000 to<br />

25000ms. It’s the integer times of 1000ms. If it’s not the integer times of 1000ms, the<br />

system will convert it to the integer times of 1000ms<br />

Default: 1000ms.<br />

Command Mode: Interface Configuration Mode<br />

Example: Configure the interface vlan1’s MLD last-member-query-count as 2000<br />

Router(Config)#int vlan 1<br />

Router(Config-if-vlan1)#ipv6 mld last-member-query-interval 2000<br />

Command: ipv6 mld query-interval <br />

no ipv6 mld query-interval<br />

Function: Configure the interval of the periodically sent MLD host-query messages; the<br />

“no ipv6 mld query-interval” command restores the default value.<br />

Parameter: is the interval of the periodically sent MLD host-query messages;<br />

it ranges from 0 to 65535s<br />

Default: Intrerval of perriodly transmitted MLD query message is 125s.<br />
