This Guide addresses those aspects of the Eaton Substance Abuse Program that are not regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) such as the Federal Aviation Administration or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. This is often referred to as non-mandated testing or Non-DOT testing. The additional requirements applicable to certain locations covered by the DOT regulations are accomplished through a separate program within Eaton Aerospace and its FAA defined Repair Station facilities. -2-
