Summary<br />

Summarize your company's overall approach to providing energy audits and/or consulting services<br />

for energy saving projects. Ple<strong>as</strong>e list any special qualifications, methods, and relevant experience<br />

in performing technical work. Provide a short description of each staff member who will be providing<br />

the services and highlight any professional certifications, licenses, and expertise that the person h<strong>as</strong><br />

obtained. If your firm utilizes technicians under the supervision of engineers to perform fhe field<br />

work, ple<strong>as</strong>e explain how the personnel will be allocated.<br />

Vendor Experience<br />

Describe your company's ability to provide energy audit services for large commercial and industrial<br />

facilities. Firms that provide a broad range of capabilities will be given higher consideration. Ple<strong>as</strong>e<br />

describe the type of facilities that you have worked on <strong>with</strong> details on the types of studies completed.<br />

Give an example of work performed <strong>with</strong>in the l<strong>as</strong>t 36 months for the three (3) of the following types<br />

of facilities:<br />

• Industrial Manufacturing Plant (pl<strong>as</strong>tics, cement, paper, etc.)<br />
