FINAL ORDER<br />

BY THE COMMISSION:<br />

Section 2 of Act 129 of 2008 directs the Commission to establish, by March 1,<br />

2009, a registry of approved persons qualified to provide conservation services to all<br />

cl<strong>as</strong>ses of customers. 66 Pa.C.S. § 2806.2(a). The Commission must develop an<br />

application for registration <strong>as</strong> a conservation service provider and may charge a<br />

re<strong>as</strong>onable registration fee. 66 Pa.C.S. § 2806.2(b). This Implementation Order will<br />

establish the minimum experience and qualification requirements each conservation<br />

service provider must meet to be included in the registry. It also establishes a registration<br />

application package and fee schedule,<br />
