Gardner Implementation of Act 129 of 2008 Phase 2 - Registry of Conservation Service Providers Docket No. M-2008-2074154 FINAL ORDER BY THE COMMISSION: Section 2 of Act 129 of 2008 directs the Commission to establish, by March 1, 2009, a registry of approved persons qualified to provide conservation services to all classes of customers. 66 Pa.C.S. § 2806.2(a). The Commission must develop an application for registration as a conservation service provider and may charge a reasonable registration fee. 66 Pa.C.S. § 2806.2(b). This Implementation Order will establish the minimum experience and qualification requirements each conservation service provider must meet to be included in the registry.
