Experience <strong>with</strong> General Energy Savings Agreement <strong>Contract</strong>s<br />
Ple<strong>as</strong>e comment on your firms experience <strong>with</strong> implementing/delivering ESCO type services under<br />
the <strong>Penn</strong>sylvania General Energy Savings Agreement contracts. Ple<strong>as</strong>e list examples of previous<br />
contracts, contract scope, energy savings me<strong>as</strong>ures and saving outcomes. Registration <strong>with</strong> the<br />
<strong>Penn</strong>sylvania General Services Administration <strong>as</strong> a qualified GESA ESCO is not a condition of this<br />
RFP.<br />
Personnel Qualifications<br />
Provide a list of all individuals in your company who will provide technical service throughout this<br />
contract, including an estimate of the available time and specific t<strong>as</strong>ks that the resource will be<br />
<strong>as</strong>signed to the project. Ple<strong>as</strong>e include each individual's job cl<strong>as</strong>sification, academic degrees,<br />
certifications, and professional registration.<br />
Fees and Expenses<br />
Payment of services under this contract will be b<strong>as</strong>ed on hourly rates and expenses.<br />
Provide a list of hourly billing rates, which includes all company overheads, markups and applicable<br />
taxes, per the following schedule:<br />
Principal Engineer<br />
Staff Engineer<br />
Engineer in Training<br />
Draftsmen<br />
Designer/Technician<br />
Ad m in istrative/Clerica I<br />
Provide a cost plus schedule for billable expenses including travel, mileage, lodging, duplication<br />
services, and any necessary equipment rental fees.<br />
If any discounts are offered for early payment, ple<strong>as</strong>e describe your terms.<br />
Energy Audit Evaluation Template<br />
In Appendix 11, two pricing examples are provided for the bidder to complete. This is for the<br />
buyer's evaluation purposes only. As part ofthe submittal ple<strong>as</strong>e use your firm's fee<br />
schedule and personnel <strong>as</strong>signments to complete the "industrial" and "commercial"<br />
estimates. An electronic excel spreadsheet of this template will be provided.<br />
