Chronology of activities<br />

• Presented pilot-test<strong>in</strong>g activity to DENR-CAR on 2 April 1998<br />

• Developed survey questionnaire<br />

• Hired and tra<strong>in</strong>ed PAWB and park rangers as enumerators<br />

• On-site survey from April 3 to 11, 1998 (by team) cont<strong>in</strong>ued by PA staff <strong>the</strong>reafter, cover<strong>in</strong>g a total<br />

of 130 visitors<br />

• Mail-<strong>in</strong> survey from May to September 1998, cover<strong>in</strong>g 200 questionnaires. This was necessary due<br />

to <strong>in</strong>sufficient number of visitors covered on-site<br />

• Data analyzed and report written between November 11998 and February 1999<br />

• PAMB action: <strong>for</strong>mation of a committee to study <strong>the</strong> recommendations <strong>for</strong> future<br />
