Problems with IPAF disbursements<br />

Table 3.3 shows <strong>the</strong> average number of days it takes <strong>for</strong> each office to <strong>pro</strong>cess IPAF requests.<br />

So far, <strong>the</strong>re have been only n<strong>in</strong>e out of 71 PAs with IPAF revenues that have made requests<br />

<strong>for</strong> IPAF releases:<br />

• Mt Isarog National Park<br />

• Manleluag Spr<strong>in</strong>g National Park<br />

• El Nido Mar<strong>in</strong>e Reserve<br />

• Apo Reef Nature Park<br />
