PLAYERSb. In all cases of default, the Supervisor’s decision shall be final andnon-appealable.c. Except as excluded below, a default assessed for violation of theCode of Conduct by a doubles player shall be assessed againstboth players on the team.2. Penaltiesa. See Defaults under the Code of Conduct – page 250. (Also seeResumption of Play and Penalties for Rule Violations – page 337and Default due to Disciplinary Reasons – page 40).b. Any player who is defaulted as per the Code of Conduct shall loseall prize money and ranking points earned for that event at that<strong>Tour</strong>nament, in addition to any or all other fines levied with respectto the offending incident.c. In addition, at the Supervisor’s discretion, any player who isdefaulted (or partner of a doubles player who is defaulted) for a singleviolation of the Code of Conduct which causes or could havecaused an immediate default as per the Code of Conduct may bedefaulted from all other events, if any, in that <strong>Tour</strong>nament, exceptwhen the offending incident:i. Involves only a violation of the Punctuality or Clothing andEquipment provisions;ii.iii.Results from a medical condition; orInvolves a member of a doubles team who did not cause anyof the misconduct which resulted in the team being defaulted,in which case, such doubles player shall receive ranking pointsand prize money from the previous round.(See Retirement/Defaults – beginning on page 40).J. FINE APPEALSFine appeals must be filed within 21 days from the date of notice.109
