AppealsFine appeals must be filed within 21 days from the date of notice.5. <strong>Tour</strong>nament Payment for Additional Services<strong>Tour</strong>naments are responsible for player fees for media/sponsor/promotionalservices rendered in addition to the above detailed player responsibilities.<strong>The</strong> fee shall be determined based upon the value of a givenplayer in a given market.6. <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> Commercial Benefits, Promotions and EndorsementsEach player who participates on the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> agrees that the <strong>WTA</strong><strong>Tour</strong>, its sponsors and the <strong>Tour</strong>naments may use or grant to others theright to use her name, photograph, likeness, biography, logo, art work,voice or other identification, alone or in conjunction with the name, photograph,likeness, biography, logo, art work, voice or other identificationof others, for the purpose of promoting the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> in newspapers,magazines, motion pictures, programs, player and <strong>Tour</strong>namentyearbooks, broadcasts and telecasts, educational materials and allother publicity and promotional materials and media, including publicityand promotion in connection with a commercial product, as long assuch publicity and promotion in connection with a commercial productis directly related to the publicity and promotion of the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> or the<strong>Tour</strong>naments comprising the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> and does not constitute a directindividual endorsement of such commercial product.<strong>The</strong> following guidelines shall apply to all <strong>Tour</strong> sponsor uses of a playername, photograph, or likeness: (i) sponsor shall utilize a minimum ofthree (3) players or a series of three (3) players in each use; and (ii) playersshall not be utilized in advertising for non-title sponsors whichdirectly conflict with a player’s primary sponsors.Each player also conveys to the <strong>WTA</strong> any television rights she may ownin all <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong>-approved events in which she participates. Thisincludes, but is not limited to, the <strong>Tour</strong>naments, Grand Slam events(subject to their prior approval), and the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> Championships thatcomprise the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong>.7. Sponsorship RestrictionsProducts that are distasteful or embarrassing to <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> members,including but not limited to, tobacco, firearms, pornographic materials98
