PLAYERSday following the originally scheduled final day of the <strong>Tour</strong>namentconcerned. All such fines shall be automatic and non-appealable,except in the case of Extraordinary Circumstances. Fine appealsmust be filed within 21 days from the date of notice.c. Alternate Indoor VenueWhere a <strong>Tour</strong>nament cannot be completed outdoors, and where asuitable indoor facility exists, the <strong>Tour</strong>nament should be played tocompletion. If <strong>Tour</strong>nament play is interrupted or postponed, playerswill be required to play on the day following the originallyscheduled final day of the <strong>Tour</strong>nament. Any final scheduling decisionswill be made by the Supervisor who has the authority (in consultationwith the <strong>Tour</strong>nament Director) to move a match to anothercourt, indoors or outdoors, regardless of surface.9. Changing Courts/SurfaceIf it is deemed necessary to move a match, the Supervisor, in consultationwith the <strong>Tour</strong>nament Director, has the authority to delay the startof the match or to move a match to another court, indoors or outdoors,regardless of surface. <strong>The</strong> Referee, in consultation with the Supervisor,may decide if a match shall be moved to another court if circumstancesso require.During the course of a match, if conditions or circumstances merit,players may be required by the Supervisor or Referee to move toanother court.10. Light and Weather<strong>The</strong> Referee, in consultation with the Supervisor, shall decide when playwill be halted in view of weather conditions or bad light. (See ExtremeWeather Conditions and Lightning Rule – page 341.11. Stadiums with Retractable RoofsSee Appendix I - page 463.12. Time Between MatchesPlayers are entitled to a minimum of 30 minutes between matcheswhen their singles and doubles matches are consecutive and one (1)hour when consecutive singles matches must be played.77
