PLAYERS<strong>Tour</strong> <strong>Tour</strong>nament;c. She will be subject to withdrawal fines based on her position on theTop 10 List;d. She will not be entitled to any Medical Withdrawals under SectionIII.B.4;e. She will continue to count for Player Commitment; however, anadditional player will also be added to the Top 10 List, based onyear-end ranking;f. If the player is a Top 6 Player, for the purposes of the Premier 700Prize Money Policy acceptance order, she will be co-listed as thesecond player in the number six (6) position;g. She will not be eligible to play in International <strong>Tour</strong>naments underSection II.D.5 below; andh. For the purposes of the International Prize Money Policy acceptanceorder, she will be co-listed as the second player in the number10 position.3. Entries After the Entry DeadlineA Top 10 Player will not be permitted to enter a <strong>Tour</strong>nament after theentry deadline, but will be eligible for unlimited Wild Cards.4. WithdrawalsOnce a Top 10 Player enters a <strong>Tour</strong>nament, the player may not withdrawthose entries to enter another <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> <strong>Tour</strong>nament scheduledin the same week. Notwithstanding any provision in this Section, allplayers will continue to be subject to applicable Late Withdrawal fines,as described in Section III.B. See the Suspension Rule in Section Fbelow.5. Play Down Restrictionsa. Top 10 Players may play one (1) International <strong>Tour</strong>nament in eachhalf of the <strong>Tour</strong> Year (with July 1st designated as the beginning ofthe second half of the <strong>Tour</strong> Year), provided they play all of theirCommitment <strong>Tour</strong>naments in the previous half of the <strong>Tour</strong> Year orare excused under the Suspension Rule in Section F or the On-SiteException Rule in Section III.B.4.c for any Commitment15
