Multiple Players Vying for Incentive PaymentsIf two (2) or more players enter the same Non-Commitment<strong>Tour</strong>nament and would be eligible for an Incentive Payment, theIncentive Payment shall be distributed as follows:a. If notification from the <strong>WTA</strong> occurs more than seven (7) days priorto the first day of the Main Draw of the Non-Commitment<strong>Tour</strong>nament, to the highest listed Top 10 Player who enters oraccepts the Top 20 Wild Card into the <strong>Tour</strong>nament prior to or within48 hours of notification from the <strong>Tour</strong>. After 48 hours, to theplayer who enters or accepts the Top 20 Wild Card first who fulfillsthe Player Commitment Formula.b. If notification occurs seven (7) days or less prior to the first day ofthe Main Draw of the Non-Commitment <strong>Tour</strong>nament, to the playerwho commits to play first who fulfills the Player CommitmentFormula.F. SUSPENSION RULEA Top 10 Player who, for any reason, fails to compete at a PremierMandatory or Premier 5 <strong>Tour</strong>nament that is part of her Commitment (a“Missed <strong>Tour</strong>nament”) will be required to perform Option 1 or Option 2below unless (i) her failure to play is the result of an absence from playin any form of women’s professional tennis, including <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong><strong>Tour</strong>naments, Grand Slams, Fed Cup, ITF Women’s Circuit events, andany Exhibition/Non-<strong>Tour</strong> Event (“Professional <strong>Tennis</strong>”), due to injury orillness for at least eight (8) consecutive weeks during the <strong>Tour</strong> Year(“Long Term Injury”), or (ii) the Missed <strong>Tour</strong>nament is part of a continuousabsence from play in Professional <strong>Tennis</strong> and the player previouslycompleted her ACES activities at the first Missed <strong>Tour</strong>nament to occurduring that absence.17
