PLAYERSsecond day after the scheduled activity.(c)(d)(d)<strong>The</strong> player shall be provided with a minimum of 60 daysadvance notice, unless the player agrees to less notice.Notice to the player shall include a description of the marketingactivity including current creative plans, an approximationof the total time commitment (within the restrictionsset out above) and a description of the purpose andproposed use of the resulting creative.Where appropriate, the <strong>WTA</strong> shall utilize professional styliststo prepare players for the activity.<strong>The</strong> activity shall count as two (2) ACES activities, unless theplayer is required to participate in the All Access Hour, in whichcase the activity shall count as one (1) ACES activity. If a playeris required to travel solely to perform the activity, the <strong>WTA</strong>will book and pay for her travel arrangements, including airline,hotel and ground transportation, as applicable.iii.Finesf. PracticesA player failing or refusing to perform a marketing activity shallbe subject to a fine in accordance with the following chart:Player Top 10 List Ranking or Fine AmountRanking at the Time ofNotification of the Activity,whichever is greater1-3 $100,0004-6 $75,0007-10 $50,000Players shall be required to allow filming of their on-site practicesby photo and broadcast media, provided such media remain offcourt.g. <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> Public Relations and Charity ProgramsPlayers are asked for their best efforts to participate in such programs,unless designated as ‘mandatory’ under the Diamond92
