<strong>The</strong> <strong>WTA</strong> shall award each month a gift package (which mayinclude gifts from <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> sponsors) to the player who hasdemonstrated the greatest commitment to the ACES program oroverall <strong>Tour</strong>nament promotion and success for such month. <strong>The</strong><strong>WTA</strong> Communications staff shall determine which player is selectedeach month, in consultation with the <strong>Tour</strong>naments held duringsuch month.b. Joint <strong>WTA</strong> and <strong>Tour</strong>nament Year-End Reward<strong>The</strong> <strong>WTA</strong> and <strong>Tour</strong>naments shall jointly award a year-end gift packageto the player who has demonstrated the greatest commitmentto the ACES program for the year. <strong>The</strong> <strong>WTA</strong> and <strong>Tour</strong>namentsshall jointly determine which player is selected.10. Educational ActivitiesPLAYERSIn addition to the ACES obligations set forth above, each Top 50 player(as of the end of the previous <strong>Tour</strong> Year) shall complete one (1) dayof educational activities up to a maximum of eight (8) hours during the<strong>Tour</strong> Year. <strong>The</strong> <strong>WTA</strong> shall schedule full-day educational classes on siteat one (1) <strong>Tour</strong>nament to be designated by the <strong>WTA</strong>. In addition, the<strong>WTA</strong> may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative option and/oradditional day on site or at the <strong>WTA</strong> offices at a time and place to bedesignated by the <strong>WTA</strong>. If a player fails to attend such activities, shewill be subject to an ACES fine.Any Top 50 player who has obtained a year-end ranking of 250 or betterfor a minimum of 12 years on the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong>, shall not be subject tothe foregoing Educational Activities forfeiture.11. Non-ACES Program Mandatory ActivitiesIt is understood and agreed that players are required to perform additionalnon-ACES program mandatory activities as set forth in this<strong>Rulebook</strong>, including but not limited to, activities set forth inMedia/Sponsor/Public Relations Responsibilities below and MediaResponsibilities at the <strong>WTA</strong> <strong>Tour</strong> Championships - page 166.B. MEDIA/SPONSOR/PUBLIC RELATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES1. Additional Player Responsibilities Beyond ACESIn addition to ACES requirements, sub-Sections a-d below set forth therequired player responsibilities for all categories of <strong>Tour</strong>naments and all88
