Place<strong>The</strong> draw, which the public will be allowed to attend, is to be madeby the Supervisor or the <strong>Official</strong> Referee (a person so designatedby the <strong>Tour</strong>nament and approved by the <strong>WTA</strong>) at a site selected bythe <strong>Tour</strong>nament Director in consultation with the Supervisor.Whenever possible, all draws should have a player present to witnessthe making of the draw, however, if a player is not available,a Player Relations staff member or the Supervisor may perform thedraw in the presence of the <strong>Tour</strong>nament Referee.b. Time<strong>The</strong> Singles Main Draw will be made no earlier than the QualifyingSign-In deadline and no later than 3:00 p.m. tournament local timethe day before the Main Draw starts. (Any exception must have theapproval of the <strong>WTA</strong>).c.
