PLAYERSto officially submitting her withdrawal in writing to the WTA with therequired reason for the withdrawal and quotation, will be subject toa fine for Unprofessional Conduct under the Code of Conduct.2. Main Draw Late Withdrawalsa. DefinitionA Main Draw withdrawal shall be considered a Late Withdrawalaccording to the following table:Top 10 PlayersAll Other PlayersWithdrawing from a Tournament after enteringthe Tournament* §Withdrawing from a Tournament any time afteracceptance into the Main Draw* Top 10 Players who enter but are not accepted into an International Tournamentdue to the Prize Money Policy, may withdraw before acceptance, without penalty.§ Top 6 Players who enter but are not accepted into a Premier 700 Tournament dueto the Prize Money Policy, may withdraw before acceptance, without penalty.b. No Show OffenseA player who is entered in a Tournament and fails to show up tothe Tournament will have committed a No Show Offense.
