ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTSVictory University carefully considers all factors that demonstrate the applicant’s ability tosucceed at the University. The programs of study offered by Victory University are designed forstudents who meet certain academic qualifications. Students should understand that while theyare not required to be Christians, Victory University is a Christian institution of higher learning.Students are asked to respect the philosophy of the University in the classroom and on campus.Students who are interested in enrolling at Victory are encouraged to apply as early as possible.High school students can submit an application as early as the summer prior to the start of theirsenior year in high school. All admitted students of Victory University are expected to complywith the Code of Conduct for Student Behavior*.(*Please see the Student Handbook for further information regarding this Code of Conduct forStudent Behavior.)All submitted documentation becomes the property of Victory University and cannot bereturned or forwarded to any party. The submitted documentation remains on file for one yearin an applicant’s file. After one year, new documentation must be resubmitted and sent toVictory University before an admission decision can be made.NEW STUDENT ORIENTATIONAll students (new, re-admitted, and transfer students) are required to attend Orientation at thebeginning of their first semester at Victory. Orientation is held at the start of each term.Orientation is designed to help eliminate many of the difficulties which students may encounterin adjusting to University life. Important information concerning academics, registration,relationships with students and faculty, and the philosophy of Victory University is shared atOrientation. Materials concerning University policies are provided during Registration. Eachstudent should read these materials carefully as all students are expected to comply with thestated policies of the University.18
