VICTORY UNIVERSITY TUITION ASSURANCE POLICYA. Tuition for current and new students at Victory University as of Fall Semester, 2010will remain the same for a period of five (5) years or graduation, whichever occurs first. Thisassurance is contingent upon full-time continuous enrollment with no more than one semesterof non-enrollment per year (e.g., summer semester).For new and current students who register Fall Semester, 2010, the tuition assured shall be:1. Undergraduate on campus tuition: $335 per semester hour and a studentfee of $19 per semester credit hour2. Undergraduate online tuition: $295 per semester hour and a technologyfee of $19 per semester credit hour3. Military undergraduate tuition: $238 per semester hour with fees waivedand books providedB. Students who are accepted after Fall Semester, 2011 and who enroll at Victory Universitywill not experience an increase in the tuition (fees excluded) prevailing at the time of theirinitial start date. The tuition in effect at the time of his/her first semester of enrollment shallbe assured for a period of 5 years or graduation, whichever occurs first. This assurance iscontingent upon full-time continuous enrollment each semester with no more than onesemester of non enrollment per year (e.g., summer semester).C. A student who is required to reapply will be assured the tuition rate prevailing at the time ofre-enrollment.D. This policy applies to students enrolled in degree programs only.E. This policy may be modified by the institution, but any such modifications will not diminishthe assurances for the students described in A and B above.67
PAYMENT OF CHARGESTuition, fees, and all other charges must be paid on or before the first day after the add/dropperiod has ended. Victory University is aware of the fact that some prospective students do nothave sufficient financial resources for the academic year. Students are encouraged to pursuefinancial aid programs including grants, loans, and work programs which are available toqualified students. Payment plans are also available. For more information please contact theBusiness Office at (901) 320-9760. Tuition and fees may also be paid by using cash, check, debitor credit card.68
