their locations are independently computed using 3 to 4 IGS (International GPS
Service) stations which define the International Geocentric Reference frame ITRF –
YY where ‘YY’ represent the epoch. The latitude and the longitude of the Zero order
Control points are computed using Scientific GPS software Bernese to an accuracy
of miliarc second amounting to 3 cm on ground. In addition to having precise
