Youngsters and adults alike will marvel at the Pistner Collection “Masters of Miniature”.These
tiny architectural models rival the most exquisite dollhouses imaginable. Each perfectly detailed
piece of furniture, crystal chandelier, petit point carpet, is a masterpiece.
The museum also houses a superb collection of Dale Chihuly glass sculptures including a
brilliantly colored ceiling. Be sure not to miss anything in this handsome and uniquely designed
building.
The Naples Museum of Art is located at 5833 Pelican Bay Boulevard, and is open Tuesday -
Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon - 4 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for

Adjacent to the museum is the Philharmonic Center, which is
Southwest Florida’s premier performing arts hall. Here you can
select from over 400 events a year that include world-class theater,
dance, and classical and popular music. This vast Center is a
visual delight as well with its two sculpture gardens and four
museum-quality art galleries. The center was founded by Myra
Janco Daniels, a former Chicago advertising executive and educator
who described the complex as, “a cultural one not only for
all of the performing arts, but also the visual arts such as painting,
sculpture and photography.”
Highlights this season include: the Broadway shows Spamalot,
Hairspray and Sweet Charity, and performances by Woody
Allen’s New Orleans Jazz Band, Liza Minnelli, Patti LaBelle,
Denyce Graves, Tom Jones and the Chicago Symphony
Orchestra. There are also a multitude of programs planned to
enrich children’s appreciation of the arts. Saturdays from 9:30
a.m. - 11:30 a.m. are a series of Magic Carpet Concerts primarily
for children ages 3 - 9, but fun for everyone - (tickets are
$10.adults, $5. children) March 17th is the first presentation
which will be Brass, to be followed monthly by Strings,
Woodwinds and Percussions. Instruments are demonstrated, followed
by a question and answer period.
