As mentioned above, provision ofassets was the main post tsunami intervention in the fisheries sector. Thetable shows poor targeting in boat distribution in both resettled <strong>and</strong> rebuilthouseholds. However, better targeting <strong>and</strong> distribution is observed amongrebuilt fishery households than resettled.In addition, some households who received boats complained that thequality of boats <strong>and</strong> nets received were not up to st<strong>and</strong>ard.100
