S+T.2.1: Publications (all types)Relevance:This indicator describes the scientific and technical outcome of thefacility in the form of publications, which is usually regarded as a measurefor the newly created scientific and technical knowledge. Publicationin high-impact journals and high citation counts indicate a significantimpact on the scientific community.Compilation and analysis methods:• Identify and report the (expected) annual number of scientific andtechnical publications in peer reviewed scientific journals.• Identify and report the (expected) annual number of scientific andtechnical publications in high-impact journals.• Identify and report the (expected) number of highly cited paperspublished in the previous (future) five years, their average citationcount per year and their total citations.
