Material and methodsA cross-sectional study of twenty-twolinear, width, circumference and particularlyhead dimensions was carried out inthe years 2001–2004 in České Budějovice,Prague, Olomouc and its surroundings byanthropologists. The file consists of 3124children (1579 boys, 1545 girls). The anthropometricdata were collected according toa standardized (Martin-Saller’s) method (6)or its modification.
