Samuel’s brother, William, married Ella Perkins, daughter ofIsham Perkins (2.6.5). Samuel had previously married Levanda V. Adams onOctober 5, 1869 and they had two children: Bulah Worthington (born March,1870) and name unknown. Levanda died on January 3, 1874.
