Funds will likely be sourced from <strong>Hilliard</strong>’soperating budget.» Explore whether the gaps in the housing stock is a barrier toyoung people moving to <strong>Hilliard</strong>. Consider creative ways to surveykey demographic groups, such as seniors at Ohio StateUniversity, young pr<strong>of</strong>essionals, and children <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hilliard</strong>residents who attend other universities.
