System of autonomy, participationin exploitation of natural resourcesTransient effect of the formerStatute of AutonomyDisclosure of the Charter languageCommunities Atlantic Coast.resources, the effectiveness of their forms of communal property and thefree election of their authorities and representatives.It also guarantees the preservation of their cultures and languages,religions and customs.Article 181The State shall organize, by law, the system of autonomy for indigenouspeoples and ethnic communities of the Atlantic Coast, which shall contain,among other provisions: the attributions of their governing bodies, theirrelationship with the Executive and Legislative Powers and withmunicipalities, and exercise their rights.
