UNDPProjects with the purpose of conserving marine biodiversity throughenhanced marine park management and inclusive sustainable islanddevelopment should include an ecosystem health status baseline to ensureproject progress and input can be measured. Good marine parkmanagement includes such baseline information and monitoring as essentialmanagement foundations. As the project design does not include any direct engagement with boat andairline operators and their passengers, these stakeholders should beintegrated into the project.6.1.3.
