TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:HIGH FREQUENCY SCREENSIt is a good rule of thumb to ask yourself the followingquestions if you are seeing a change in the gradation.1. Has the moisture of material changed?2. Is spread of material correct?3. Is GPM flow rate to vibrators correct?4. Does the angle of screen need to be changed?5. Has the feed gradation changed?6. Is there screen cloth wear?7. Has feed rate changed?8.
