Buildings should be oriented to the street.The primary building entrances should beclearly visible from the street and related tothe sidewalks. Building entrances should berecessed in order to define the entry pointand maintain a coherent pattern along thesidewalk.Landscaping, Buffering, and Screening1. Landscape treatment should be extensivelyused to accent entry points, street corners,and signage. Landscaping should also beused along pedestrian and bicycle pathsto define these spaces. All new development sites shall place utilitylines underground or relocate them to therear of the property.2. Development on smaller sites and allredevelopment/infill sites should placeutility lines underground or relocate themto the rear of the property.3.
