CRL Consultores Urbanos is a firm specialized in infrastructural design, master plans, landscaping and urban
furniture. It counts with a team of professionals on civil engineering , topography, hydrology, forestall engineering,
environmental law, urban planning and architecture, whose are responsible for the civil design and landscape
design of this lagoon.
The architect Evelyn Conejo A. coordinator of the Planning and Urban Design department at the firm is the
responsible for coordinating the designer team of the private garden and retention lagoon.
Architect Conejo posses a Magister Scientiae degree on Urban Design from University of Costa Rica and also a
diploma in Architecture and Development from the Mayor University of San Simon in Bolivia. Has been a professor
for over 15 years at the University of Arts and Science of Costa Rica, and also taught at the State Distance
University. She has given conferences in several international forums and received an Honorific Mention in
Research for her master’s degree thesis on Participating Design and Urban Popular Housing.
