Als Gegenmassnahme empfehlen wir deshalb, die Türflügelrahmen schlosseitig, leicht erhöht (ca. 1 mm) und möglichst als steifen Rahmen auszubilden. Folgende Massnahmen ergeben steife Flügelrahmen: – ein oder mehrere Riegel (Abb. 2) – hoher Sockel (H ca. 200 mm) Abb. 2 – Profile möglichst umlaufend verschweissen Soudage des cadres vantaux de la porte (fig. 1) L’expérience démontre que les portes larges sans traverse et sans socle élevé, en particuliers, ont tendance à «s’affaisser» du côté de la serrure à cause du poids du verre. C’est pourquoi nous recommandons comme contre-mesure d’élever légèrement (env. 1 mm) les cadres de vantaux de la porte côté serrure et si possible de les pourvoir de cadres rigides. Les mesures suivantes servent à rendre les cadres ouvrants rigides – une ou plusieurs traverses (fig. 2) – socle plus élevé (H 200 mm env.) – autant que possible, souder tout le périmètre du profilé Welding door leaf frames (fig. 1) Experience shows that wide doors without a mid-rail or raised bottom rail are particularly prone to «sagging» on the lock side due to the weight of the glass. To counteract this tendency we advise you to raise the door leaf frame slightly (approx. 1 mm) on the lock side and to make the frame as rigid as possible. The following precautions ensure rigid leaf frames: – one or more mid-rails (fig. 2) – high bottom rail (h approx. 200 mm) fig. 2 – as far as possible, weld the sections all round Schweissung Glasfalzbereich (Abb. 3) Bei Türflügeln ohne Riegel und/oder mit niedrigem Sockel kann die «Stabilität gegen Absacken» durch zusätzliche Schweissung im Glasfalzbereich erhöht werden. *Zu beachten: Infolge Schweissung im Glasfalzbereich sind die inneren Stirnseiten der horizontalen Glasleisten entsprechend auszuklinken (Schweissraupe). Soudage de la zone de la feuillure de verre (fig. 3) Dans le cas des portes sans traverse et/ou dont le socle est bas, il est possible d’augmenter la «résistance contre l’affaissement» grâce au soudage supplémentaire dans la zone de la feuillure de verre. *Attention: A la suite du soudage dans la zone de la feuillure de verre, il faut pratiquer des entailles sur la face intérieure des parcloses horizontales (cordon de soudure).
